Jeffrey
D. Soud is a trial lawyer whose practice is dedicated to
representing those who have suffered from a personal injury or the
wrongful death of a loved one. Mr. Soud's practice includes
representing his clients in pre-suit claims against insurance
companies, as well as the litigation and trial of his client's
personal injury case. Mr. Soud is a member in good standing
with The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the Florida
Supreme Court, the Courts of the States of Florida, the United
States District Court, Middle and Southern District of Florida, and
the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Soud graduated from Liberty University in
1988, where he completed his undergraduate work earning his Bachelor of Science
degree in Political Science. In May 1992, Mr. Soud received
his Juris Doctor from Stetson College of Law. Mr. Soud has
been practicing law in Jacksonville for over 10 years representing
people who have been hurt.
Mr. Soud is legal counsel and an
Executive Director of the Stephen M.
Price Foundation, an organization committed to helping young
people.
Adrian G. Soud is a
trial lawyer whose practice specializes in representing those who
have suffered from a personal injury or the wrongful death of a
loved one. Mr. Soud's practice includes representing his
clients in pre-suit claims against insurance companies, as well as
the litigation and trial of his client's personal injury case.
Mr. Soud is a member in good standing with The Florida Bar and is
admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court, the Courts of
the States of Florida, the United States District Court, Middle

Mr. Soud graduated from the University of Florida
in 1996 earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism.
In July 1999, he received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from
Stetson University College of Law. Upon receiving his Juris
Doctor degree and being admitted to practice law in the State of
Florida, Mr. Soud began working with the law firm of Holland &
Knight, LLP in September 1999. There, Mr. Soud's practice
involved representation of clients in general litigation matters,
including personal injury cases, criminal defense, commercial
litigation and complex construction law cases.
In July 2002, Mr. Soud left Holland & Knight LLP
to join his brother Jeff in practice at The SOUD Law Firm. Mr.
Soud has partnered with his brother with the commitment of
continuing to provide personal attention
and expert legal services to each and every client.
Support Staff Strength
With out experienced,
competent and knowledgeable support staff an attorney would have a
