Nobody plans to need an injury lawyer. The people who come to us are usually hurt, overwhelmed, and dealing with something they have never dealt with before. Here is what that experience was like, told by the clients themselves, not by us.

A Hit-and-Run on a North Florida Road
“A situation I did not know anything about”
His car was hit and totaled, and the driver who did it left the scene. On top of the injuries came the questions nobody is prepared for: who pays when the at-fault driver is gone, what happens with medical bills, and where do you even start. Hear Edwin tell it himself:
“I had been in a car accident, quite a severe one, and I wasn't really sure what or how I was going to approach all the different legal issues and problems I had going on. It was a hit and run where the perpetrator actually hit and totaled my car and left the scene.
When I saw Jeff, he gave me such a comfort that he knew exactly how we had to approach it. Why meet with us, even if you hire someone else
We are not a high-pressure sales team. We are not going to try to sell you anything. If you are considering hiring an attorney, I would encourage you to meet with us for at least that one reason. Come learn about this area of the law. If you want to hire us, great. If you want to interview other attorneys, I would encourage you to do that too.
Our advice could be invaluable to the decisions you are about to make. Whether you end up needing an attorney or not, you can make that decision later. Learn about this area of the law from somebody who has been doing it for a long time and might be able to give you a point or two.
